Re: Manteca de aguacate
Mantega de aguacate é aceite de aguacate hidrogenado, e se usa de 5% até 20% (Use it in soap and skin care formulations at 5 - 20%)
Avocado Butter
Our pure avocado butter is expeller crushed from the fresh flesh of the avocado fruit and then hydrogenated to yield a soft greenish butter. This is a much softer butter than any of the other butters we carry. Avocado butter is a very rich, moisturizing treatment for the hair and skin, and it has some natural sunscreen properties. Use it in soap and skin care formulations at 5 - 20%. Use smaller amounts of avocado butter in lotion bars. This butter can be a little heavy and greasy, but it is definitely worth it in small amounts. Avocado butter is a good butter for belly balms, lip balms, eye makeup remover creams, hair conditioning creams, baby bottom balms and soap.
INCI Nomenclature: Hydrogenated Persea gratissima (Avocado) Seed Oil
Extraction Method: Expeller Pressed
Shelf Life: 1 - 2 Years
NAOH SAP Value: .132 (converted to ounces)
KOH SAP Value: .186 (converted to ounces)

Avocado Butter, Wildcrafted
As the name implies, this butter is the hydrogenated oil of the fruit of the avocado tree. It holds a VERY slight scent, is yellow in color and has a texture that's soft and creamy smooth!
High in natural fats, this butter is extra wonderful for dry, chapped skin types and makes a great addition to all manners of beauty care products. If you are looking for an exotic butter to spice up your lotion & cream recipes - give this one a try - its sure to please. The texture of this butter is softer than refined shea butter. Semi-refined, from wildharvested (hand gathered) avocado's from remote areas that are not subjected to pesticides.
